The aforementioned clip has been viewed more than 900,000 times! That huge number alone can tell us how amazing they were.

Another great thing about their routine is the song that they used. It was the classic hit from Queen – Bohemian Rapsody.

The group made sure to give justice to this legendary song by giving their all to their DrillDance.

Since it’s being performed by a group of people, it’s very easy to compare it with cheer dance. But they are widely different.

With cheer dance, it’s expected to have lots of acrobatic exhibitions and breathtaking moves. As for DrillDance, it has to be performed simultaneously. It uses a particular song and there’s a theme involved.

In addition, it has three different categories: Dance, Prop, and Drill-Team.

“Teams choose their costumes and music to match the theme of each routine. Age groups are Under 8, Under 13, Under 18, Senior & Masters. DrillDance provides opportunities for physical activity, improved posture, coordination and teamwork.”

With Black Diamonds, what they presented was Prop DrillDance.

Each talented dancer held their props and all of them were moving in unison to create lovely visual effects.

“Prop DrillDance is the medium for teams to be creative within the realm of a drill/dance / rhythmic type routine with the emphasis being on the skillful use of props and precision in movement, performed to music of the team’s choice.”

People are so mesmerized by it that they can’t look away.

The song they used was also perfect for every movement they did. It’s like they were bringing the audience to a different world.

“Is this the real life? Is this just fantasy? Caught in a landslide. No escape from reality.”

They also wore half colored print and half-black costumes, so their movements were visually synchronized in full effect.

They utilized their props wisely and beautifully.

They surely rehearsed strenuously to come up with this stunning routine. Whenever they spin and carefully transition from one sequence to another, they look exquisite.

Their timing is also impressive. With their movements using their props, they were able to make various images like peacock trains, skirts, sea waves, humongous flowers, and a lot more.

The group’s confidence also contributed to the totality of their performance. They pose with grace and they were very sure in every move they made. They left no room for mistakes.

They made sure that all parts of it are perfect – including the last part.

They sat down on the stage and laid out their props in front of them. It looks like they were wearing balloon skirts. It was a magical pose.
