James has a twenty-one-mile walk return trip every day to get to his job in Detroit. He is fifty-six years old. James has worked at the same location for thirteen years and has never missed a day of work.

His car broke down a decade ago. A Detroit Banker noticed James walking every day. He tells the newspaper about Jame’s journey and a college student reads the article and starts a go fund me page. The collections turned into $300,000. None of it was needed for James as the Ford Dealership in Detroit gave James a new Ford Taurus.
