First, let’s take a look at the list of ingredients you’ll for this delicious dish (this ingredients list is designed for serving four people, so you can adjust the measurements accordingly for larger or smaller batches):

Now, without further ado, let’s take a look at how to prepare the stir-fry, starting with Step One:

Prepare your various ingredients and have them nearby. This recipe is a speedy one and you’ll need to add in the ingredients as you go, so it’s useful to have everything measured out in advance. To begin, put the thinly sliced steak into a big bowl and dry off any excess moisture with some paper towels. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper over it to taste and then add the cornstarch, tossing the steak around until its all nicely coated.

Step Two:

Take a large skillet on medium to high heat and add a little canola oil before cooking the green beans for about a minute. Add a little water and then cover the skillet to steam the beans, before draining them off and placing them on a plate or in a bowl for later.

Step Three:

Next, place the skillet back on the heat, boosting it up to high and adding in some fresh oil. Leave it a little while until that oil starts to sizzle, before adding in the beef. Let it cook for a few minutes and then lower the heat back down to medium.

Step Four:

Now, it’s time to add in all those delicious flavorings and ingredients you prepared earlier. The garlic, ginger, soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar should all be mixed in at this point. Stir them in thoroughly to ensure that the beef is fully covered with all those flavors, and then add the beans too, before topping off the stir-fry with your chopped onions.

That’s it!

You can then serve the stir-fry immediately, ready to enjoy those rich, delicious flavors with your friends or family. The whole cooking process takes about 20 minutes in total, and it’s super easy and affordable to repeat this recipe whenever you like.

If you’re only making it for two people, simply halve the amount of beef and beans and reduce the other ingredients a little too, and if you’re preparing a bigger batch, all you need to do is double everything.
